Sacred Spaces

Sacred Spaces are quiet days offering time out from the busyness of life. Think of it as a retreat day, a rest day, a spa day for the soul, a chance to reconnect…… The day will include guided meditation and time for individual reflection. There will be a chance (if you feel like it) to be creative. Most of all, there will be plenty of quietness.

Tea and coffee will be provided but you should bring a packed lunch Sacred Spaces are run by a team trained in contemplative prayer and spiritual accompaniment in association with the Epiphany Group.
