Festival of Meditation and Prayer from 3 September

Mayfield Salisbury church in Newington, Edinburgh is running a month long festival of meditation and prayer.  There are speakers drawn from various christian traditions including Gerard Hughes, Alison Jack, David Lunan, Sophia Marriage and Ellie Blackwood talking on subjects such as visual theology, spirituality of children, godly play for adults and notably prayer itself.  There are musical elements, lectures and plenty of varied options for silent and led prayer.
