Two Halves of Life, May gathering: Acedia

Posted Monday 27 September 2010

Torpor and the refusal of joy

The word Acedia literally means “not caring,” or "being unable to care". Author and poet Kathleen Norris introduces acedia. Click for compact reflection sheet (PDF) or Search the Resources directory.
